Is the cost of custom engraving refundable?

The engraving that you receive will exactly match the lettering that you enter in to the optional text box. The cost of custom engraving is non-refundable. Please note that all engravings are done on the brass plate that is included in the Gift Box option not on the compass themselves. Please call or email us with what you want your custom engraving to be and we will gladly help!
