Has my order shipped?
Click the Account icon in the menu of our site to view your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the My Account link in the bottom footer of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the Change Quantities/Cancel Orders link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped via email.
My order never arrived.
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered,” please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
Do I need to pay Sales Tax if I'm in the US?
If you are located in Michigan, YES. If you are located in another state, NO.
Do I need to pay International Duties and Taxes?
If you are an International customer, you are responsible for paying all Duties & Taxes in your country.

How do I create an account?
Click on the Account icon on the header menu and select Sign Up, fill out all information requested and click on Create Account.

Write content to help your customers to better understand your products or policies.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Under the login box you’ll see a link that says Forgot your password? That link will send an email to you with instructions to reset your password.
How do I return my product?
We are confident you will love our products! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we do offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are available for unaltered products with original packaging intact.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us at: info@cammenga.com to begin a return. Give a detailed description of the issue you encountered along with a photo of the problem.
- Customers will be responsible for their own return postage.
- Drop package off at the nearest USPS dropoff.
Refunds will be credited back within 1-2 weeks.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
